A LIFE-CHANGING WEEK

Get excited for Encounter Week June 1st- June 5th 2026! Camp is open to students who have completed 7th through 12th grade. For five days, students worship together, study scripture in Family Groups, compete at recreation, enjoy the beauty of Riverbend's property, and party at Late Night, all while growing deeply in their faith in God and relationships with one another. This is a week like no other, a week to encounter God.

It will be an unforgettable week filled with fun and opportunities to grow in your faith. Take advantage of this incredible experience! This year, we are going back to Riverbend Retreat Center in Glen Rose,  TX for Encounter Week. We hope to see you there!

IMPORTANT INFO

ACCOMODATIONS

All lodging, dining, and activities will be hosted on site at Riverbend. Students and leaders will be housed in cabins based upon gender. If you have any questions or request of alternative accommodations, please click here to let us know.

ACTIVITIES

Students will be able to participate in team recreational activities as well as outdoor and indoor free time activities. All activities are led by Camp Zephyr Staff.

FRIENDS

We love bringing friends to camp! Camp attendees do not have to attend Hulen Street or any church to join us at Student Camp.  If your student knows of someone that they'd like invite to camp, encourage them to invite them!

 TRANSPORTATION

Dan Dipert Coaches & Tours is family-owned and operated since 1972. They provide top of the line vehicles and drivers. We will be chartering with them this summer in a 56-passenger coach bus.

Glen Rose, TX is about a one hour drive from Fort Worth, TX. 

NEXT STEPS

CAMP COSTS

Registration is $400 per student. 
  • From March 10th through March 15th we are doing a "FLASH SAVINGS" and camp will cost $350. 
  • "early bird" pricing  will be March 16th - March 31st.  ($375)
  • Beginning April 1 camp will be at the official price of $400. 
  • After April 27th there will be a late fee.

There is a $50 non refundable deposit due at registration no matter when you sign up. Other payments may be made later. Payments are due in full by May 30th.

REGISTRATION

The first step is to register your student for camp. Click the button below to complete your student's online registration.

You do not have to submit your student's full camp payment at the time of registration. We do require a $50 non refundable deposit at the time of registration. You can make payments from now until May 30th, when all payments are due.

If you rather pay by check you can make it out to Hulen Street Church with Student Camp 2026 in the memo line.
