FIRST JOB
My first real job was as an after-school counselor at Belton Christian Youth Center. I played four-square and colored-corners with sweet kiddos and ate all the Skittles I could get.
INSPIRATION
I am inspired by how creative God is. I love meeting new people because they are all created in God’s image. Meeting them is like coming face-to-face with a facet of God’s creativity that I’ve never experienced before. I’m inspired by God’s gentleness and grace through Jesus, and His patience to draw our hearts toward Him. I’m inspired by enjoying God’s creation through nature. A beautiful walk always reminds me that God is vast and thoughtful.
ROLE AT HULEN STREET
I’m the Communications Director at Hulen Street. I create graphics, capture moments through photography and short-form video, manage the website, brainstorm and impliment marketing strategies, assist with social media, and help lead creative volunteers. I love using creativity to point people to Jesus and make His path clear for their lives. I’m so honored and blessed to be able to do what I love for God’s glory and for His Kingdom.
